History:

Dangerfield's Comedy Club was primitively established by Rodney Dangerfield's and his long time friend Anthony Bevaccqa, who is still successfully running Dangerfield's Comedy Club. They established Dangerfield's at September 29, 1969, so that Dangerfield's Comedy Club is the longest running comedy club in the New York City NYC. Many of the top stand up comedians had their start at Dangerfield's Comedy Club under the heedful guidance of Rodney Dangerfield's and Anthony Bevaccqa.

Rodney Dangerfield's passed away in October 5, 2004 after complications from heart Surgery.

Ok, this place was a bit off the beaten path, but if someone from KS can get there anyone can. They had a great show when we were there. If you have
ever seen the HBO specials filmed here in the 1980's, then nothing seems to have changed. Reasonable cover charge to get in, but overpriced drinks and
PO'ed waiter did not spoil our fun. I'll will definitely pencil in time for Dangerfield's next time I am in New York. Tip: take a cab there. You can
use the Subway, but you have to walk a ways from the station.

What a Funny NightrnI went to this particular comedy club a few times- and had a blast EVERY time. The two drink min. isn't that bad. The talent there
is superb as well. Dangerfields is such an intimate place, too. You really feel connected with the talent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS COMEDY
