Boston wasn’t always this funny. Look at your parents, do they look like they had a ton of laughs in their day? Fortunately the early 80s saw a number of local comics stand up and get behind the mic giving Boston a sorely needed laugh. Nick’s Comedy Stop is where Boston comedy all began and it continues to be the place where top national acts and new talent perform before sold-out crowds.

Legends like Steve Allen, Phyllis Diller, Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld have appeared at Nick’s while local and national favorites like Lenny Clarke, Denis Leary, Don Gavin, Dane Cook and Steve Steve Sweeney continue to swing by. At almost 30 years old, Boston’s oldest comedy club is still going strong

I love it!rnI have been to the Cellar 4 or 5 time over a 6 year period, recently during New Years weekend, and everytime I have gone, the experience
has been better. All the comedians are good to great, many of which I have gone on to see on TV/Film/etc. Service has always been on par and I have
never had an issue with any of the club staff. And on my latest trip, Dave Chapelle gave us a nice 15 minute set. I love this place and plan on going
back each time I visit NY.

Great time....Great Food....Great ValuernI took my wife to NY for a surprise trip for her 40th BD. We wanted to go to a comedy club so after doing a
lot of research on the internet we came up with Comedy Cellar. We made the right decision. There was a good variety in comedians. Some were very
"Raw" and "Controversial" while others were a little more mainstream. It was a great balance in talent. The food was very good and
the service was excellent considering the crowd. The inside was crowded but comfortable and it was an intimate setting.

Awesome Comedy Show!rnI have to say that I was on the floor Saturday night (3/29/08). The comedians were absolutely brilliant. My boyfriend and I were
in the front row, he was the guy with the all blue Met outfit on! The places was comfortable, the food great and of course the laughs were plentiful.
Keep up the great work!!

best comediansrnI love going to the comedy cellar. I have never had a bad experience at this place (although the seating is a little tight). Everytime
I go the comedians are great!!! I have seen Seinfeld as in Jerry there and Chris Rock not to mention Ray Romano. Come on!!! Really you never know what
amazing line-up they will have!!!

Great Comedy!rnI go to the Comedy Cellar quite a bit and I've never had a bad experience. The shows are always great. I was there again last night and
had a great time. Service was excellent, show great as always. Then we had an added bonus because Andrew Dice Clay came in. Everyone in our group of
four had a great time. Drinks were great, too
