Chris Rock Announces World Standup Comedy Tour In A Funny Chris Rock Way
Stand up Comedian Chris Rock, is already $40 million richer for a teaming up for upcoming Netflix specials, is about to collect even more cash by going on the comedic road.
Rock has announced his first stand up comedy special. It’s been over nine years since his last world tour on a message on Facebook. Chris has called his new tour, “Total Blackout,” will start in 2017 ― and yes, Rock knows it’s been a quiet some time..
“First time in nine years, OK?” he says in the video at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles. “Haven’t done it in a while. Been a little busy, you know, writing ‘Pootie Tang 3’ and everything.”
“But hey, it’s time,” he says.
On TicketMaster website, the American leg kicks off in Durham, North Carolina, on Feb. 14. Other stops include Denver, Minneapolis and New Orleans.
