Alingon Mitra is a stand-up comedian who is also known for his tight jokes, original and honest thoughts and lovable appearance and personality. When it comes to his debut, Alingon Mitra made his television appearance in NBC’s Last Comic Standing. After that he has been invited to many shows to do stand-up comedy such as:

He won both of these contests in the same year.

The Late Night Show with Stephen Colbert is a late-night show of America that is hosted by, as the very name suggests, Stephen Colbert. This show was premiered on September 8th, 2015 by Spartina Productions and CBS Television Studios.
Alingon Mitra had performed on Friday’s The Late Show where he fascinated the audience with his humorous and funny jokes. For instance, he said he could not quit drinking while the elections for presidential seat were going on. Regarding the two leading choices, he said that “Just because I hate diarrhea doesn’t mean I love constipation.”
