Adam Strauss’s comedy has been called many things, mostly adjectives. He consistently makes audiences laugh, then catch their breath and listen, then laugh some more, then take a sip of their drinks, then smack their palms together in a bizarre, borderline-masochistic conformist ritual…
Joe Larson grew up in Seattle, Washington with no aspirations of being a stand up comedian. In May of 2003, realizing his dream of becoming the first person other than Oprah to be on the cover of O magazine wasn‘t going to happen on its own, Joe decided to try comedy…
Nathan Macintosh is an award winning comedian from Halifax Nova Scotia, who has quickly risen to become one of the hottest young comics in the country..
Tribeca Comedy Lounge
Is setting a new standard by pairing world-class comedy with exceptional food and wine, all in an elegant, upscale environment. We tap the NYC’s vast talent pool to bring you great comics every night. Some you’ll recognize right away from their appearances on Last Comic Standing, Conan, Letterman, and Comedy Central. Others will be up-and-coming stars you’ll be seeing for the first time – but most assuredly not the last. All of them will make you laugh.
It began with a simple idea. In a city renowned for its world-class comedians and world-class chefs, why not combine both to create a uniquely enjoyable experience? At most comedy clubs, food is at best an afterthought (and often as laughable as anything you’ll hear from the stage). Frozen burgers, store-bought nachos, and rubbery chicken wings are par for the course.
Tribeca Comedy Lounge is different. We’re located at the lower level of Brick NYC, helmed by celebrated chef Warren Schierenbeck. So you can savor Warren’s legendary brick oven pizza, succulent calamari, and dozens of other creations while enjoying the best comedy anywhere.

Sheng Wang: Taiwan born, Houston raised and SF Bay Area based, Sheng Wang performs comedy focused on personal experiences and insightful observations of the mundane with intense honesty and ill logic. His refreshingly affable stage presence combined with a healthy penchant for absurdity and self deprecation make his comedy universally hilarious. He is the recipient of last year’s “Dan Crawford Scholarship” award from the SF Punchline and is currently on a national college tour sponsored by American Eagle Outfitters.
Adam Strauss’s comedy has been called many things, mostly adjectives. He consistently makes audiences laugh, then catch their breath and listen, then laugh some more, then take a sip of their drinks, then smack their palms together in a bizarre, borderline-masochistic conformist ritual. Adam rose phoenix-like from the hardscrabble, Volvo-lined streets of Newton, Massachusetts in the midst of that city’s crippling hard cider epidemic, defying those who said he’d never amount to more than a cosmetic surgeon or corporate attorney. He currently lives in New York City, utterly alone.
