I enrolled in a 6 week Stand Up class just to see if I could not only stand up (hey after the accident it was tough some days) but actually do Stand Up! Stand-up comedian, actress, and producer Anya Zova was born and raised in Russia, where she became a Kickboxing World Champion and graduated law school at the age of 20.

She is the daughter of a Ukrainian mother and a Russian father. After relocating to the United States to pursue her American dream, she signed with WWE and began acting. Anya made her television debut on NBC’s award-winning comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine and appeared on the hit CBS series MacGyver.

She executive produced and acted in the TV pilot Wake Up and stars in an upcoming music video with Ariana Grande. Anya is currently touring the country with her self-produced stand-up comedy show Make Laughs Not War, supporting Ukraine and uniting people through joy, peace, and laughter. read more

Recently named by Caroline’s on Broadway as one of their 2022 Breakout Artists, Tommy is a sweet young man who started performing standup comedy in Chicago after realizing that a desk job with his Accounting degree wasn’t as sexy as he originally thought. Tommy soon won the Laugh Factory’s standup competition “Verified Laughs” and began playing at clubs across the country. He has since become a paid regular at the Laugh Factory, Zanies, Skyline Comedy Club, Comedy on State, the Chicago Improv, and Caroline’s on Broadway, among others. When he first worked with the late great(est) Louie Anderson, Louie was kind enough to say Tommy’s set was “alriiiight”. It’s been smooth sailing since then (lie).
Along with his standup, you may know Tommy from the popular web series Roommates-In-Law, which he created with fellow comic Tim Smith. The series has gained a cult following online and amassed over 1 million views.
