Scott Blakeman comedian

Scott Blakeman is a standup who doesn’t dumb down.

Scott is an original member of Laughing Liberally and appeared in the Off Broadway comedy revue Laughing Liberally: This Ain’t No Tea Party at the Midtown Theater at HA! in New York.

Scott was featured on MSNBC’s live coverage of the 2012, 2011 and 2010 White House Correspondents Dinner. He appears frequently on CNN, was a regular guest on Viewpoint with John Fugelsang on Current TV, and has also been seen on RT-TV and HuffPost LIve. For more than three years, Scott was the most frequently booked liberal pundit on Live.

Blakeman co-hosted with Keith Olbermann, a celebration of James Thurber at the 92nd St Y, where he has also interviewed Robert Klein, Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara and Lewis Black.

Blakeman tours with Palestinian Muslim-American comedian Dean Obeidallah in Standup for Peace.

Scott was the warmup comedian for the Late Show with David Letterman, the CBS sitcom Welcome To New York, and Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher.
