Small may be his last name, but Sherrod Small is anything but small in the world of comedy and beyond. As a co-host of The Five on Fox News, Sherrod brings his good nature and common-sense wit to the crazy world of politics. Beyond Fox News, Sherrod is a regular guest on NBC’s Today Show, as well as VH1’s Best Week Ever. As many celebrity comedians have, Sherrod Small also took the path well-traveled on Comedy Central. He was featured on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and Premium Blend. He also made an appearance on HBO’s The Chris Rock Show.

Stepping out from behind the television screen, Sherrod Small spends a large portion of his year on the road, hitting comedy clubs and college campuses. His versatile comedy allows him to tailor his performance to nearly any audience, winning him rave reviews for his improv skills. While on the road, he always makes time to record his favorite podcast with Kurt Metzger titled Race Wars.

On the big screen, Sherrod Small is no stranger of feature films. Having co-starred in Comedian, Red Eye, Ladies and Gentleman, and Jordan Rock, Sherrod Small is an excellent example of a multi-faceted, tireless performer who has really made his mark on the news, network television, feature films and the work of stand-up comedy.

Oh, and before you judge him for putting so much facetime in on conservative channels like Fox News, Sherrod Small is absolutely his own man. While he may sympathize with some positions held by traditionally conservative voters in the United States, he is one of the first to offer a more moderate voice on the panel of contributors to some of Fox News’ programs, where he happily serves as one of the “talking heads”.
