Sam Tripoli

Sam Tripoli tickets

Sam Tripoli ticketsSam Tripoli views comedy as a calling rather a profession. It’s a passion that he’s been preaching to audiences at comedy clubs across the country and on television, including Comedy Centrals’ “Premium Blend” (receiving only one of two standing ovations in the history of the show), a frolicsome turn as a male escort for E! Entertainment’s “Party @ the Palms,” “The Late Late Show on CBS”, “Comic Unleashed” and as a co-host of Spike TV’s “Wide World of Spike,” a comedy-action cult classic. On stage he’s a force of nature, pacing the stage like a cyclone of funny as he questions authority and the conventions of our society one moment, then earnestly expresses his affinity for the bizarre the next. His comedy has no limits – its whatever he’s thinking about, and that’s usually what everyone else is thinking about, even though sometimes we don’t like to admit to it. “I like to think of myself as the little voice in everyone’s head, except I have a microphone and I’m funnier,” Sam says.Twittersmall read more

Sabrina Jalees is a comedian, actor, keynote speaker and writer based in New York City (Brooklyn.)

Since stepping onto the stage of (Toronto’s) Yuk Yuk’s amateur night at 16, she’s become one of the most recognizable faces in the Canadian media.

Lovers of comedy were immediately intrigued by the ½ -Pakistani, ½ -Swiss teen’s humor (…mostly because she was so damned clever (and admittedly, partially due to her moustache at the time).

She was soon skipping class to tour the country. Going on to record a CTV Comedy Now special, perform at the famed Just For Laughs Festival and break Mike Myers’ record as the youngest improviser ever hired by Second City. read more

They call him the “Wrinkled Rebel” but if that’s true, he says he’s “going down fighting.”   He’s comedian Marty Ross who started his stand up comedy career late in life, so he may have to take a nap before the fight.   Marty waited until he was almost eligible for Social Security before taking to the stand-up stage so “I could fully experience the misery of getting old” he says.

Ross shares this misery with audiences of all ages..  Young people enjoy the fact that though he looks like their grandfathers, but he certainly doesn’t act like their grandfathers…   and old-timers?  Well they can just relate, period.   Like when in the midst of a political discussion with his family, he was asked his opinion of various presidents.  The topper was when he mentioned that Washington was the father of our country and his grandson asked if he voted for George Washington. read more

Mark Viera

Mark Viera

Mark Viera comedian

Bronx native Mark Viera became fascinated with comedy, the art he would one day master, very early on.

While his mom spent countless hours as a social worker to provide for her family, Mark and his older brother would pass the time after school watching the popular T-V shows of the 70’s and 80’s. Mark became so engaged in the performances of his favorite comic personalities, it didn’t take long before he began to emulate the characters he came to love. On any given night, he would entertain his family with his remarkably accurate portrayals from shows like Carol Burnett, Sanford and Son and Three’s Company. read more

When Mark Schiff was six, his mother took him into Manhattan every weekend for singing and ballet lessons. When Mark returned to school each Monday and showed his fellow Bronx classmates what he had learned, the class would gather around and beat him up. Mark’s mother smartened up and enrolled him in karate lessons, but those came to a halt when the karate teacher beat him up. When Mark was twelve, his parents took him to a nightclub. There, live on stage was Rodney Dangerfield doing his act. At that moment, he knew the path he had to follow. read more
