Seann Cantatore is an admitted oddball, songstress, and comedic actor with a unique knack for bringing people together. Her performance career began as a musician and songwriter, with her original soul-pop band Flounder Warehouse, and as a solo vocalist and pianist. She has released two original albums, a single, and two music videos, and completed a solo tour from New York to Florida and back. What made you get into comedy?

A lot of factors made me want to get into comedy. When I was in first grade I started to get really bad migraines to the point of throwing up in school so with my parents at work my grandmother would pick me up. She used to put on Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls and I would be throwing up and laughing at the same time, ever since I wanted to be Jim Carrey. I always had it in the back of my mind but was kind of afraid to admit to people that’s what I wanted to do and I was always the class clown but my high school baseball coach senior year said to me “once you graduate you have to pursue comedy and entertainment because I need a daily dose of you”. read more

Stephen has been living in NYC since July 2014 performing at clubs and venues all over the city, including Broadway Comedy Club, New York Comedy Club, Eastville Comedy Club, Gotham Comedy Club, Caroline’s, and several others. He’s produced several open mics and shows in the city throughout the years, most notably in 2018 coproducing Popped Collar Comedy every Saturday with Dan Wickes. He was passed at New York Comedy Club in 2018 and performed there nightly until recently. Now you can watch him bored in the house on all social media platforms under Stephen McLonghair Bolles.
