Butch Escobar born and raised in San Jose California has been honing his comedy skills over the past decade. He is one of the most prominent comics in the Bay Area producing and performing multiple in shows including his monthly Unfiltered Underground at the San Jose Improv.

Butch has toured all over the country with great performers including Tom Green, Doug Stanhope, Bobby Lee, and Last Comic Standing winner Felipe Esparza. Born in the Philippines, Callen spent the first fourteen years of his life overseas in countries like India, Pakistan, Lebanon, Greece and Saudi Arabia, before moving to the U.S. He went to high school in Massachusetts and earned his B.A. in History at the American University in Washington D.C.

After being the lead in several school plays in Grammar school and High school, Brian planned on acting as a career. Particularly comedy acting after his father showed him the Marx Brothers and Laurel and Hardy. During his freshman year of college his love of Bill Cosby and George Carlin pushed him to do his first stand up show -which was at Stand-Up N.Y.
