Peter Berman

Peter Berman tickets

Peter Berman comedy

Like most professional comedians, Peter Berman’s first break came when Dr. Timothy Leary caught his act. The guru of hallucinogenic drugs must’ve seen something special in the young University of Michigan student/stand-up comic, because he invited him to play a gig at the Hollywood Improv. Either that, or he was really high. The next summer, after earning his degree in Communications, Peter moved to Los Angeles and quickly became a regular on the stand-up comedy scene.

Early on, Peter wore acid-washed denim on stage and opened for top comics including Tim Allen and Paul Reiser. Today, he appears regularly on The Late, Late Show with Craig Kilborn, has been seen on MTV, VH1, Comedy Central and Star Search (with Arsenio Hall). He also was the guest host on NBC’s Friday Night. Berman also appeared on Comedy Centrals international television series The World Stands Up, and has won over audiences in England, Ireland, Australia, The Netherlands, and Scotland. He performs roughly 200 road dates a year as a headliner, and is honored to have just safely returned from a series of shows for our troops in Afghanistan. read more

Pete Lee

Pete Lee tickets

Pete Lee might be the nicest person in New York City, but that’s because it’s impossible to sound aggressive with a Wisconsin accent. Pete was raised in Janesville, WI by divorced parents and a 19-inch television, which is probably why he pursued a career in entertainment.

In 2005, Pete flew to New York to make his television debut on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend. That same night, he met his future wife, and she made him move to Manhattan. Soon after moving to NYC, he was selected to perform at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, where he was voted a standout performer. In 2008 Pete made his network television debut performing on NBC’s Last Comic Standing finishing as a semi-finalist. That same year, he made his television acting debut on the CBS Soap Opera As The World Turns, lasting two episodes! At the end of 2008 he then shot his own Comedy Central half Hour Special, which earned him a “cult” following at comedy clubs, and the opportunity to perform over the next four years at 500 colleges across the country. read more

Pete Dominick comedy

Stand-up comedian, humorist, and commentator Pete Dominick is on a stable trajectory to becoming a household name. He stormed the New York City comedy scene in the late ’90s, quickly making a name for himself locally as an emcee all the Manhattan clubs wanted hosting their best lineups. Meanwhile, Pete was sought by colleges nationwide, performing on over 300 campuses in just four years. Pete’s reputation for “working the crowd” led to opportunities to warm up audiences for live television tapings, including on programs for MTV, CNBC, and Comedy Central, as well as lots of work opening for fellow comedians like Artie Lange at major venues. After seeing Pete expertly soften up Jon Stewart’s Daily Show audiences, Stephen Colbert brought him to the set of The Colbert Report as permanent audience warm-up from the pilot into the Emmy award-winning show’s fifth year, when Pete left to pursue his own on-camera career. As resident “offbeat reporter” on John King USA, Pete’s quick wit and attention-grabbing personality caught the eyes of CNN executives in 2010, leading almost immediately to his own half-hour news wrap-up show, What the Week. Pete, as show co-creator and host, blends tongue-in-cheek irreverence with an insightful look back at the real issues making and missing the headlines. Back in 2006, Pete’s appearance on the New Faces stage of the Montreal Comedy Festival led to lots of interest, including the opportunity to try radio as host of a fast-paced live comedy hour on the Sirius network’s Raw Dog Comedy channel. In early 2008, Pete made the leap to political commentary, starting his own talk show, Pete’s Big Mouth. Pete continues to host a 3-hour daily discussion on both Sirius and XM, now called Stand Up! with Pete Dominick, which regularly features some of the biggest names in politics and journalism.
