Jeffrey Urrea is a Mexican/American comedian from Southern California, whose comedy is a blend of social commentary, physical act outs and musical montages all wrapped into one hilarious act, delivering big laughs and memorable jokes!
Jeff attended the University of California Santa Barbara for a degree in Film and Media Studies, and began his comedy career during college.
Jeff founded and co-created a weekly stand up comedy show at UCSB called “Laughology,” which continues to run to this day.

Growing up in Walnut Creek, California a suburb of San Francisco, Jeff excelled in both football and baseball. When a knee injury forced him off the field in his senior year of high school, he focused on public access television. His show “Hanson Live” put Jeff in front of and behind the camera for the first time. After graduating high school, Jeff hosted a morning show radio and created a sketch comedy show that also appeared on public access TV in the bay area. In 1996 he began attending the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill. There he joined the Chapel Hill Improv Players (CHIPS) where he performed live comedy for the first time. Friends, family and teachers encouraged Jeff to unitize his gifts of impersonation as a stand up comedian. Jeff soon began hosting shows at Charlie Goodnights in Raleigh, North Carolina.
A prototypical native New Yorker, Jeff Lawrence was born and raised in Queens, and is proud to let you know he got out. The Gay Jew, as he is affectionately known, was once a rock singer who has appeared on MTV, and with Bob Dylan on the Grammy Awards. He’s a native New Yorker, Brooklyn Nets season ticket holder, recovering pothead, and is against gay marriage. Well, at least until he figures out gay dating. He professes to know more about sports than any straight dude, and less about gay culture than any gay man.
Jeff Hodge, a native of the U. S. Virgin Islands, has been called a poor man’s Tyler Perry because he acts, produces, writes and does stand-up comedy. Since getting into comedy two decades ago, Jeff has accomplished many things including appearing in the feature films Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, Crocodile Dundee in L.A., and the television sitcom The Jamie Foxx Show. Jeff can be seen from time to time in his recurring role as different characters in sketches on The Tonight Show, hosted by Jay Leno. Jeff has opened for world renowned saxophonist David Sanborn and comedians George Lopez and Arsenio Hall and has written material for The Steve Harvey Radio Show, Arsenio Hall, George Lopez and the Keenan Ivory Waynans Show.
JEFF DYE is an extremely talented comedian/actor who is the host of MTV’s hit prank show, “MONEY FROM STRANGERS” with Season 2 premiering on Thursday, July 18th at 11pm ET/PT and also currently stars in MTV’s popular spinoff show “GIRL CODE” as well. In addition, Dye has hosted MTV’s “NEW YEARS COUNTDOWN LIVE FROM TIME SQUARE” with Snooki and JWoww which was watched by over 3 million viewers and appeared on the premiere of TBS’ “WHO GETS THE LAST LAUGH” (with Bill Bellamy and Kunal Nayyar) this past April.
After 20+ years in California, this New York City native is finally learning to speak English. Jeff’s clean comedy examines his particular life experiences, which include being the only white kid on his Little League team in Queens, having a Chinese wife who orders from take-out menus in fluent Mandarin, and raising a teenage son who calls himself “Jewnese,” because he says it sounds better than “Chine-ish.”
Jeff recently made his national TV debut on CBS as a comedian on the “Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.” He has also appeared on Comedy.TV, Byron Allen’s nationally syndicated Entertainment Studios program, ABC-TV, and opened for and performed with comic legends Robert Klein, Richard Lewis, Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Kevin Pollak, Jake Johannsen, and more. He’s also a frequent guest on KGO Radio, AM810.
Like a classic car with a Hula girl on the dash, Jeff Ahern’s comedy is timeless and kitschy! He is the official warm up for Acme Comedy Theater and one of the few (funny!) white comics to perform on both Comic View and Showtime at the Apollo. He wrote for several years for US Weekly’s fashion police and has sold jokes to the Tonight Show. His numerous commercial credits include a 7-Up spot directed by Ridley Scott.
In addition to being an in demand standup comic, he also improvises and performs sketch regularly at ACME Comedy Theatre in Los Angeles. He has performed with the Second City in Detroit as a member of their Tour Co, as well as the house team Inside Vladimir with both Amy Poehler and Tina Fey at the legendary Improv Olympic in Chicago. Some of his favorite improv work in Chicago was done with the Free Associates performing improvised Tennessee Williams. His latest favorite improv show was Who Is The Blue Justice? at ACME Comedy Theatre, where he’s also done their online sketch show-ACME Saturday Night.
Born and raised in Miami FL. His high energy performance style and outrageously quirky material gained Currais some local notoriety and a number of high profile shows which included opening spots for comedians like Dan Cummings (Last Comic Standing) and Finesse Mitchell (Saturday Night Live). Soon he began performing on the road at several bars and venues in Florida. 2009 marked Currais’s decision to pursue comedy full time. He is the writer and star of the upcoming online sitcom “Bar Flys” and made his filmic debut in the Sundance Film Festival film “New Low”. He has opened for the likes of Pauly Shore, David Allen Greer and Ralphie May. His persona is as big as his imagination and you never know where the show will end up when this man-child is the ring master.
Jay Pharoah is returning to Studio 8H for his fourth season. Pharoah is best known for his wide array of uncanny celebrity impressions including President Barack Obama, Will Smith, Denzel Washington, Stephen A. Smith and Kanye West, as well as for his recurring character of school principal Daniel Frye.Pharoah developed his comedy skills at a young age, training in local comedy clubs. He went on to tour in the U.K., the U.S. and Montreal.
Pharoah will next star alongside Kevin Hart and Ice Cube in “Ride Along,” with Bryan Cranston and Anna Kendrick in “Get a Job,” with Chris Rock in “Finally Famous,” and in “Intramural.” His past feature film credits include “Lola Versus.” Pharoah’s Kanye West parody, “I Am A Dog,” was featured on Above Average and became an instant viral video reaching over a million views within the first week.
