Janeane Garofalo is an American comedian, actress, and writer. Born on September 28, 1964, in Newton, New Jersey, she began her career in stand-up comedy. Garofalo gained recognition on “The Ben Stiller Show” and “The Larry Sanders Show.”

She appeared in films like “Reality Bites” and “The Truth About Cats & Dogs.” Known for her sharp wit and political activism, she co-hosted Air America Radio’s “The Majority Report.” Garofalo continues to perform stand-up and act in various projects. read more

Jamie grew up in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, the son of a machinist and a paralegal, and the youngest of six children. He spent his formative years the same way as many children: being abused by nuns in Catholic School, modeling for LL Bean, wondering what Phil Collins felt coming in the air that night, and avoiding any thought of long term goals. After a debilitating 18 year struggle with having to go to school, Jamie willed his way to graduation and was miraculously cured of public schooling. With a new lease on life Jamie decided to move to Hollywood and become an extra.

Jamie honed his skills on the comedy circuit and turned tricks for no one. Not one person. Okay maybe a few. But it was worth it! After all he had been living on an air mattress and relied on a diet that consisted of mostly Pabst Blue Ribbon, because blue ribbons are for winners. And what do you know, Jamie landed his big break when he was cast in Baz Luhrmann’s “Romeo & Juliet.” His career soon kicked into high gear as he co-starred in his breakthrough performance as Randy Meeks, the video store clerk well-versed in the conventions of scary movies, in Wes Craven’s ‘Scream’ and its follow-up “Scream 2.” read more

James Heaney first trained as an improviser studying at Chicago’s Second city in the late 1990’s. Several years later, while studying theater at Colombia College, James was given the opportunity to assistant teach the Improv 101 class taught by Brian Posen. In this same period of time, James joined Low Sodium Entertainment. LSE was an improv company directed by Aaron Habor that performed sold out, late night Wrigleyville shows, and several touring shows. In 2002 James moved to Los Angeles to begin his own Improv troupe, The Original Understudies, of which he directed and performed with for five years in the West Los Angeles area. James first began studying at the Westside when it was still the Eclectic, with teachers such as Jeff Michalski. He continued to study at after Mission Improvable took ownership of comedy west of the 405. His studies would bring him together with his most influential teachers such as Annie Hoff, Mike Betette, and Lloyd Ahlquist. James has refined his improv skills with the guidance of Lloyd, who coaches the WCT house Team James is currently on, Team X. James is very proud of this enormously talented team that has earned him the opportunity to perform in festivals as far north as Seattle, and south as Austin. read more
