Ricky Gervais is a British comedian and television producer and will be making his fourth return to be the host of Hollywood’s 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards.

The Brit made some controversy back in 2010, when the comedian made some remarks at some of Hollywoods biggest actors. He promised to never host the Golden Globes again.

Jimmy Fallon most likely didn’t think he be making another visit to the hospital so soon.

He was in Cambridge, Massachusetts on Saturday Night to be honored by the Harvard Lampoon, Which is the University humor magazine, Mr Fallon had fallen while holding on a bottle of Jaegermeister, which landed him at Massachusetts General Hospital.

He is completely fine with a bruised hand. Apparently a random girl bent down near him and as Fallon turned around he tripped over the lady because he didn’t notice her. read more

Year after year Forbes.com makes a list of the world’s highest paid stand up comedians. And although our love and devotion towards funny female comedians, the list never features a female comedian.

Jerry Seinfeld — current net worth an estimated $820 million in 2014 — He tops this 2015 highest paid comedian list, having earned $36 million between June 1, 2014 and June 1, 2015. Kevin Hart comes in second place with $28.5 million, followed by Terry Fator, who earned estimate $21.5 million. read more

Comedy Central Greenlights Sudeikis Backed Comedy

Comedy Central is picking up Jason Sudeikis and Lorne Michaels produced series Detroiters. The project has been greenlit for a 10 episode run. Detroiters stars SNL writer Tim Robinson and Veep‘s Sam Richardson as Detroit natives seeking to renovate their city. Robinson and Richardson are both Detroit advertisers trying to bring back Detroit to the city it once was. The duo first performed together at Chicago’s Second City and evidence of their chemistry is shown behind the scenes as Detroiters is a project Richardson and Robinson co-created, co-wrote and executive produce with Joe Kelly and Zach Kanin. read more

Comedy Smash! has been bringing some serious laughs Tuesday nights at 945pm, and it shouldn’t come as any surprise based on the resume of Sam Mushman and his production company Triple Threat Comedy.
