Brian Mcguinness hailing from Long Island, but now residing in a far away land known only as Roosevelt Island, New York, Brian burst onto the comedy scene in November of 2004. While he was already a comedy writer in college for 4 years (1998-2002), it took him a while to finally make the decision to get on the stage and tell jokes. After his first successful New-Talent night at Rascals in Montclair, NJ, Brian was hooked and started to go to more and more clubs in NJ and NY to get his name out there. Now, over 5 years into his career, he performs at numerous clubs on a weekly basis. He also won the LONG ISLAND’S FUNNIEST PERSON contest at McGuire’s Comedy Club in 2005. He has produced a monthly comedy show, La Boca, at Gotham Comedy Club in NYC for the past 2 years. You can find Brian almost every night making audiences laugh in NYC and up and down the east coast.

Aparna Nancherla
Aparna Nancherla has an intimidating name, but don’t be scared! She’s a joke entrepreneur who pedals in both writing and performance (AKA scribble-scrabble and jibber-jabber). In fact, she recently wrote for and sometimes appeared on the late, great Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell, on FX-then-FXX.
Her artistic journey took off in Washington D.C. (it’s all about the Washingtons), but she now resides in the biggest apple in the gosh darn world.
Aparna’s comedic goggles are dry and observational, and her act is sprinkled with absurdist wit and a whimsical point-of-view.
