Tom Hudson comedian

I was born Baek In Chun, an orphaned child from Seoul, Korea (That’s in South Korea, for those of you who don’t “google” things you don’t know).

At four-years old, I was adopted by a nice white couple from Long Island. Even at a young age, I always liked making people laugh. Like most people who think about doing standup, I was told I was funny, that I had a dry sense of humor. Flash forward to my teens, twenties and mid thirties, working full time and putting my funny bone to work in advertising.  I never really gave it serious thought until I was laid off from work. read more

Jahnavi Goldstein

Jahnavi Goldstein tickets

Jahnavi Goldstein comedian

Jahnavi Goldstein is a comedian, writer and attorney. Growing up in a small, mainly Mormon town of Sherwood, OR, Jahnavi stuck out with her Hare Krishna parents and Jewish last name. Rebelling against her hippie roots, Jahnavi got all corporate, somewhat Republican and $170k deep in law school debt before losing her mind and finding comedy and herself. In retrospect, the Tammy Faye Baker satire Jahnavi performed on public access cable in the 8th grade (entitled “Thank the Lord for My Cosmetics”) should have been a clue that Jahnavi was destined to spend a lot of time alone in bars, entertaining strangers. read more

His work has appeared on The Gist, Someecards, Nerve and ThoughtCatalog, among others. He agrees the “K.” is a bit much, but he once got teased about it by Chuck Schumer and after that there was no way he was giving it up.Twittersmall read more
