Sean Kelly

Sean Kelly comedy

Sean is the star of the hit TRU TV show Storage Hunters, which is now in its second season. His other television credits include commercials and informercials. And if he had just been born a few years sooner, he probably would have been the star of Blossom.

Sean Kelly’s stage presence and energy are hard to contain, and to explain. It’s kind of like watching a latch key child who has a month’s supply of sugar and only 5 minutes to completely destroy his parents’ trailer. His stand-up is filled with unique influences such as growing up as an American kid in Germany (the land where a comedy club is something you beat a person with until they laugh), to spending his teenage years in Italy (the land where they love to cook and eat), to serving an army combat tour in Iraq (the land where they love to cook and eat Americans), to spending time in over 50 other countries around the world (some of which have bathrooms). Another big influence is Sean’s wife Lori, to whom he has been married for 19 years, as well as the rest of his dysfunctional, yet loving and mildly retarded, family. Out of these influences and life experiences Sean has created a large, rich cast of characters that bring energy and life to his hilarious stories as he performs them on stage. His characters also bring the occasional death threat. Sean’s comedy was described by The San Diego Union Tribuneas “High energy and hilarious, San Diego’s rising star of comedy.” read more

Scott Henry comedy

Like a good Midwestern boy, I followed in my father’s footsteps and began working as a machinist in a tool and die shop. That was 1988. I knew that life wasn’t for me, but I grew up thinking that that was what I was supposed to do. One day, my boss stopped my my machine and suggested I go to the open mic night at a nearby comedy club. Maybe he was encouraging me, maybe he was thinking of firing me. Either way, that night changed my life. I got hooked and a year later left Milwaukee behind to travel as a stand-up comedian. read more

Samuel J Comroe

Samuel J Comroe tickets

Samuel J Comroe comedy

Samuel J Comroe born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California, into a family of nine (five sisters, and one brother) Samuel Comroe grew up in a loud, raucous, and fun-loving environment. With such vivacious characters for siblings, it was an environment that forced any shyness out of him right away, and instead created an individual unafraid of being the center-of-attention. In the third grade, after being diagnosed with Tourette syndrome, Comroe suffered his fair share of teases and taunts from peers who didn’t understand his curious condition. Although this affected his self-esteem and confidence throughout his childhood, as he entered high school in a different district (and on the heels of advice from his father that he could be an entirely new person), Comroe made a conscious decision to no longer let bullying affect him, rather laugh along with the bullies. For example, on his first day as a high school freshman, Sam was being picked on by two intimidating seniors, and instead of backing off he decided to laugh with them. This small act changed the rest of his high school career and led him to his future in stand-up comedy. He saw how much more respect he got from just having fun with himself. read more
